John Moyle Memorial Field Day 2015

 

On the weekend of 20-22nd March 2015, we participated in the John Moyle Memorial Field day. We were located at the Alcoa Lookout on the Pinjarra Scarp - thanks to Alcoa for allowing us to camp on their site for the weekend.

Some of us arrived on the Friday to start setting up our mobile comms trailer.

The weekend weather held out for us with the sun shining on all 3 days, it got a little cool in the evenings especially Saturday night. Wishing that I had brought an extra blanket with me.

Overall Score for the weekend was pretty good - 5th over all in the Multi - operator 24 hrs section.
