Send a Winlink message via an RMS.

VK6ARG RMS Gateway on 7044.5 kHz Upper Side Band (Dial), and 7046.0 kHz Upper Side Band (Centre), using VARA HF. If it doesn't work please send me an email with the date and time that you tried to connect, so that I can tweak the Gateway to work better.
